The Church property is dedicated to the promotion of the Christian Gospel, Christian worship and teaching. As such is not available for hire by other faiths for meetings, ceremonies or other events which would not be in harmony with the faith statement of Epping Baptist Church and the Baptist Churches of NSW & ACT.
- To make a general enquiry about the use of the church property or to enquire about costs, please contact the church office on 9869 1000 during the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays)
- To request an application form to use the property, please email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining details for the event. Please note no booking will be confirmed until the application has been completed and returned, the requested date is available and once approved, full payment for the booking has been received.

The church can be used for functions such as religious services, funerals, weddings and baptisms where possible. There is fixed pew seating to fit 350 people.
Main Hall and Kitchen
The Main Hall is a large single room with a high ceiling. It seats 160 people at tables or 350 without tables.
The kitchen is equipped with a commercial fan-forced oven and stove, microwave, three wet areas and a commercial dishwasher. Crockery is not provided but cutlery can be available for 160 people with prior arrangement. The kitchen is located next to the Main Hall and has a servery opening.
The Lower Hall is immediately beneath the Upper Hall and has similar floor space with a lower ceiling. It seats 100 people at tables, or 150 without tables. The hall contains chairs, a whiteboard, piano and tables. There is no kitchen facility in this hall.
Our seminar rooms hold up to 50 people. Each room contains 50 chairs, six tables, and a whiteboard. There are 3 seminar rooms available in different areas of the building.
